Deliveries within Accra are completed within 24hrs (same day of order). However, deliveries outside Accra are completed within 48-72hrs (at most). All items in store take at most 2 business days to process. And depending on your location, can take 2-3 days to be delivered. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Within Accra, we do cash on delivery so you get to see the item before you make the payment. However, outside Accra, we will have FedEx deliver it once you are done with payment which is delivered within 48 hours. Upon request, we deliver to you via OA, VIP and others with additional charges.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the mobile money payment has been authorized. If the mobile money payment has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Please be advised that in very small instances, we can change your shipping address within the next 3-4 hours of your order. However, any long than that, your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

Tracking number is sent to you as soon as we ship the item. But you can track it from the evening. IAS FedEx shipment tracking number will be sent through SMS or WhatsApp to you in the evening. The moment you receive the message, follow the link in the message to track it.
