My child is actually not enjoying the use of the tablet, we thought it uses SIM card. We also have not been able to activate WhatsApp, we are always told our date is incorrect

I am not amused with the charging of the tablet. It takes forever to charge. I have called to report. The gentleman who picked up told me that’s how it works but I disagree as the one who made the referral to me doesn’t have that challenge. I hope this gets the needed attention. Thanks
